New technology, materials and processes are transforming the way we work in the construction industry, but we often face unknowns. Project management helps to deal with these unknowns as well as to generate and protect creative thinking.

Aster Lee’s experienced project management team can help you in two ways

1. Depending on client need we will be involved in a project from day one. We will appoint designers and engineers, and also carry out the construction work.
   
2. Alternatively, some clients bring their own architects, engineers, and interior designers. This can be beneficial for really big or complex projects. Aster Lee would then project manage and construct the physical works using designs provided by you. In this situation, involving us early on can resolve building challenges and feasibility issues before money is spent.

Occasionally our clients want to be right at the heart of their projects. They take more ownership (and risk) and sometimes even get their hands dirty. Here we can work as a management contractor – a truly collaborative approach for any size project.
